Cure Inc., the operator of “Curecos”, an online service centring the largest platform for cosplayers in the industry enabling people around the world to support cosplayers by tipping and purchase of NFTs using crypto-currency Cosplay Tokens (COT), hereby announces its involvement in the stage operation and direction of the cosplay fashion show as part of the “Osaka Comic Convention 2023” (hereinafter referred to as “Osaka Comicon 2023”) – an event organised by Tokyo Comic Convention Co., Ltd. (Representative Director and President: Mitsuaki Munegumi).

What is a Comicon?

This is a celebration of pop culture centred around manga with anime, games, films, etc. It originated in the United States and has grown into a huge event with over 130,000 visitors every year in early July in San Diego. It is also held in other countries and regions including France, the United Kingdom, and Taiwan. And in Japan, it is held annually in Tokyo and will debut in Osaka in May this year.

 

Cure Inc. hereby announces its collaboration with the Osaka Comicon Cosplay Office “ONIGIRI Plus” on the “Cosplay Fashion Show” which is to be held on 6th May, 2023 (Saturday).

Besides supporting the operations of the stage, Cure Inc. will also present the “Curecos Award” in the form of Cosplay Tokens to cosplayers who demonstrate outstanding performances during the show.
