By utilising blockchain technology, Cosplay Token Project aims at expanding cosplay token service with a mission to create new values for global cosplay communities. The same project team set up an exhibition booth at “Future Blockchain Summit” during “Gitex Global” – an event organised in Dubai from 16th (Sunday) to 20th (Thursday) October, 2022.

Background of setting up a booth at Future Blockchain Summit during “Gitex Global”
This year’s “Gitex Global” was its 42nd time and was the largest technology exhibition in the world. In 2022, based on the topics of metaverse, the decentralised future of the Internet and sustainable global digital economy, over 5,000 exhibitors from over 90 countries congregated in the 2-million-square-feet exhibition hall and set up their exhibition booths.
In addition, interest in Japanese culture has grown in Dubai over the past few years, with keen eyes kept on anime, mangas and their complement – cosplays.
With high cultural affinity and a great number of technicians, keen parties and funders gathering at the event, the project team hoped to expand the awareness towards COT and invite funders for boosting the value of the cryptocurrency via setting up an exhibition booth at the event.

Things achieved at “Cosplay Token Project’s booth
“Cosplay Token Project” set up an exhibition booth at the event by collaborating with ”Genso Kishi”, an online game boasting a total downloads of 8 million times.
Two cosplayers stationed at the booth every day, with a photo session joined by exhibition participants who all highly appreciated the session.

The booth was visited not only by those keen on blockchain technology but also constantly by visitors around the world who were interested in cosplay culture. The booth recorded a total of 10,000 visitors during the exhibition.
